McKinney Ice Hockey Club – Insurance Notice

McKinney Ice Hockey Club (“MIHC”) maintains a comprehensive insurance program appropriate for a youth sports 501(c)(3) organization, with coverage provided through USA Hockey and third‑party insurance carriers. Our program includes:

• Directors & Officers (D&O) / Management Liability Coverage through USA Hockey & third‑party insurers to help protect the organization and its leadership in connection with certain governance and management‑related claims, subject to policy terms, conditions, limits, and exclusions.
• Cyber, Privacy, and Network Security Coverage through third‑party insurers to help address defined cyber incidents, data security events, and related first‑party and third‑party exposures (such as incident response costs and certain liability arising from data breaches), subject to policy terms, conditions, limits, and exclusions.
• Coverage Provided Through USA Hockey for registered members and sanctioned activities, including national‑level participant accident and liability protections administered as part of USA Hockey’s membership insurance program.
