• 6:30–7:00 p.m. – Arrival, check‑in, and photos at the banquet entrance backdrop

• 8:00–8:45 p.m. – Awards presentations, team recognitions, and special honors
• 8:45–9:00 p.m. – Board nominations & general membership meeting
• 9:00 p.m. departure

To keep the evening polished and respectful of the country club setting, we ask all attendees to follow the Heritage Ranch dress expectations with a smart, banquet‑ready look.

Dress Code

Recommended:

• Collared shirts, including golf shirts and button‑down shirts
• Slacks, khakis, or dress pants
• Dresses or skirts of appropriate length
• Blouses, sweaters, or smart tops
• Closed‑toe shoes for both players and guests

Discouraged:

• Athletic wear (gym shorts, sweatpants, hoodies)
• Casual T‑shirts, tank tops, or graphic tee designs
• Flip‑flops or overly casual footwear

We encourage players to think of this as their “awards night” look something that reflects pride in their team, respect for their teammates and families, and appreciation for the venue hosting our event.

Your player’s ticket is already covered as part of their club dues for the 2025–2026 season, so all MIHC players are invited and expected to attend.

Additional tickets for parents, siblings, relatives, and guests are available for purchase.

Player Tickets

• Each rostered player’s banquet ticket is included in their MIHC club dues.
• Players must still be registered so we can plan seating and meals accordingly.

Additional Guest Tickets

• Additional adult and youth tickets will be available for purchase for $50 each.
• Tickets must be purchased in advance; no walk‑up ticket sales at the door to ensure accurate counts for the venue and catering.

Annual Meeting of the Membership

In conjunction with the 2025–2026 MIHC Awards Banquet, McKinney Ice Hockey Club will hold its Annual Meeting of the Membership and Board Elections as required by the club’s bylaws. This brief but important business session ensures that our members have a voice in the future direction and leadership of the organization.

General Meeting of the Membership

During the Annual Meeting, the MIHC Board will:

• Provide a short overview of the past season from an organizational and financial perspective
• Share key updates and priorities for the upcoming season
• Present any proposed bylaw changes for member review and vote

All current MIHC members in good standing are invited and encouraged to attend this portion of the evening.

Board Nominations & Voting

MIHC is a volunteer‑driven organization, and our Board of Directors is elected by the membership in accordance with the club’s bylaws. As part of the banquet program, we will open and/or close board nominations and conduct voting for open Board positions.

• Members may submit nominations prior to the meeting and, if permitted by the bylaws, from the floor during the session
• Voting will be conducted by eligible members, and results will be announced once ballots are tabulated or communicated promptly after the event

Serving on the Board is an opportunity to support the growth of MIHC, influence long‑term planning, and help provide the best possible hockey experience for our players.
