Summer 2026 Interest Form

Help us plan the upcoming McKinney Ice Hockey Club summer season by letting us know you’re interested in playing. This quick form collects basic player and family details so we can share updates on summer leagues, skills sessions, and camp opportunities, as well as gauge interest by age level and team. We are currently finalizing the summer budget and need to understand how many teams and players we have firm interest and commitment from, so your response is very important. More information will follow on Summer Pre-Tryouts and Tryouts, including dates, locations, and next steps.

Please indicate your level of interest in participating with McKinney Ice Hockey Club for the Summer 2026 season. Your response will help us estimate the number of teams, roster spots, and ice time needed, and will guide how we structure practices, skills sessions, and games. This is for planning purposes only and does not serve as a binding commitment, but accurate responses ensure we can budget and schedule appropriately for all interested families.

Please list the school your player will be attending for the applicable season (public, private, charter, or approved online program). Students must be enrolled full-time in a TEA-accredited or TEA-recognized school or in a documented homeschool or alternative program that supports UIL-style “no pass, no play” grading and meets MIHC and league eligibility standards. For homeschool, virtual, university model, or other alternative school arrangements, eligibility is not automatic; these situations require prior review and written approval from the MIHC Registrar and Treasurer in accordance with the eligibility and enrollment policies posted on mckinneyicehockey.org.
